Terms of use

1. The service

Game On Quest is a platform of live educational games for teachers and schools. Teachers create games and students take part on the projector, phones or Chromebooks.

2. Accounts

Only teachers and schools create accounts. Your account is personal: keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.

Students do not create accounts. They join with the game PIN and a nickname.

3. Acceptable use

Game content is the responsibility of whoever creates it. Illegal, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that infringes other people's rights, is not allowed.

Teachers can remove offensive nicknames during a game.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan costs nothing. The paid plans (Plus, Pro and Max) are paid once, through Mercado Pago (Pix, card or boleto), and last for the period you choose: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly).

There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge: when the period ends, the account goes back to the Free plan and keeps every game it created. We send an e-mail a few days before. If you buy again before the end, the new days are added to the ones left.

Right of withdrawal: you can cancel the purchase within 7 days of paying and get your money back (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). Just write to dev@gameonquest.com. The refund is made through Mercado Pago, to the same payment method.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but interruptions may happen for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Important changes will be announced by e-mail or on the site.
